Our Refund and Return PolicyREFUNDS:
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt or they cannot be returned.
- We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- We accept returns for an online credit for non-final sale items or exchange when postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang-tags, attached for refund.
If any returns do not meet above requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
Gift Cards, Jewelry/Accessories, Swim, Intimates, Socks, and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
To ship back your return please file a return request on our site under “RETURNS + EXCHANGES.” Once your request has been reviewed/approved you will be notified. From here, package your items up and please include your RMA # inside. Please use the carrier of your choice, and ship your return back to:

Once your item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Returns can take up to 2 weeks to process, and after processed can take a couple of business days to show up on your bank statement.
If you are receiving store credit, a gift card will be emailed over with the amount.
EXCHANGES: (if applicable)
Exchanges can be processed by the same item unless the product is no longer available, in that case the customer can choose another item with a similar price. We accept returns for exchange when postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, please submit an exchange request on our site under “RETURNS/EXCHANGES.” We will then review your request, and upon it being approved please ship back your exchange to:

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded nor exchanged. This includes items purchased with any discount sale or promotional discount code, excluding review codes and first time buyer codes. Final sale items are nonreturnable nor exchangeable, nor is store credit applicable.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In addition, once USPS has marked your packaged delivered, we are no longer responsible for any items that might be missing, stolen, or damaged.
