What if I need to modify my order?

If you would like to modify your order, please email support@shoplabeye.com. once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?

Please email us at support@shoplabeye.com as soon as you receive your order.

How can I check the balance on my gift card?

An item I want is sold out, when will it become available again?

If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase at that time. you can sign up to receive restock notifications in the event we get this item back in stock. however, this is not guaranteed.

I have ordered the wrong item/size by mistake. can I edit my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items once you receive the notification that the order has been fulfilled. however, if your order has not yet been fulfilled email orders@marlenvargas.com and we’ll do our best to update your order.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. during seasonal sales, orders ship within 3-4 business days.

you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. if you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please orders@marlenvargas.com. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our facility in Miami, Florida.

My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but I have not received it, what does this mean?

Once your order has been fulfilled and delivered to the intended location state on your order we are not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or lost packages. Please feel free to reach out to the carrier with the tracking number you received and they will assist you in finding your package. 

My item needs to ship internationally, do I need to pay customs or taxes?

Items shipped outside of the united states may be subject to duties, taxes, handling or other miscellaneous charges which have been defined by the country of import. these fees are not included in the cost of your order. We will not be held responsible for any international costs that may occurs. please check with your local customs before placing your order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

How do I return an item from my order?

Please fill out the return/exchange form included in the package with the reason for return/exchange. all returns are to be shipped to XXXX.

  • We accept items in new condition with the original tags attached for a full refund, exchange or store credit
  • We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order
  • We accept returns for a store credit for non-final sale items when postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order

How long will it take to receive my refund after i shipped my return?

The return process typically takes 1-2 weeks including the time it takes for the refund to post to your bank statement. we will send a confirmation email once your return is processed.

SALE

Can I return items purchased on sale?

Items purchased during sale periods are eligible for online store credit only. The credit will be issued via code that can be used at checkout. 

Can I return final clearance items?

Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can store credit be received.

Can discount codes be used on final clearance?

No additional discount codes can be applied to final clearance

FIT AND SIZING

How do I know what size will fit me best?

Our size guide corresponds with the sizing of each garment. in addition, the description of each item includes the size being modeled as well as the models typical sizing. if you have any more questions please email support@shoplabeye.com and we will help you find your correct size.
